Here are some more specific details about the property, in order to ensure that you are fully prepared for your stay:

Indoor:

➢ Access to whole house (minus one locked closet in the house & 2 locked closets in the garage) and 2-car garage
➢ 3 wall-mounted Smart TVs
➢ 2 king beds, 2 twin bunk beds (4 beds in total), 1 pullout queen bed, 2 other total couches
➢ Plenty of clothing storage (including a walk-in closet in the bunk bedroom)
➢ Desk area with included office supplies, such as pens & notepads
➢ 2 full bathrooms, including all necessities mentioned above; bathroom on ground level has a walk-in shower
➢ Fully stocked kitchen, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, creamer, sugar, & more
➢ Formal dining table with 6 chairs (2 additional stools also available in coat closet)
➢ Gas fireplace to cozy up by in the cold months
➢ Bedside lamps for some nighttime reading

You will be able to park up to 2 cars in the attached garage, as well as up to 2 others in the driveway. Street parking is allowed during the day but prohibited daily from the hours of 1AM-5AM.

You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door or the garage door, ensuring that all entrances are closed and locked prior to leaving.

Self check-in is done through a smart lock upon arrival, but we are just a message away if any issues arise. We typically check in through message to make sure everything is going smoothly, but otherwise we leave all other interaction up to you!

The area in which our house is located is very close to several parks and has lots of trees. As a result, bugs are fairly commonplace both in and out of the house, especially in the spring and summertime. We do utilize a pest control service that helps with pest mitigation, but given the area in which we live, it just isn't fully possible to rid our house of all bugs. The best defense against these bugs is to keep all doors and windows closed as much as possible. We do apologize in advance though if you come across any bugs while staying at our place.
