Here are some more specific details about the property, in order to ensure that you are fully prepared for your stay:

Indoor:

➢ 4-burner grill (propane tank is provided, but we don't provide propane. We ask that the tank is refilled if you finish it, as prior guests filled that up for you.)

We must note that the area in which our house is located contains lots of trees & is close to several parks. As a result, bugs are fairly commonplace both in and out of the house, especially in the spring and summertime. We do employ pest control mitigation tactics that help to keep most bugs at bay, but given the area in which we live, it just isn't fully possible to rid our house of all bugs. The best defense against these bugs is to keep all doors and windows closed as much as possible. We do apologize in advance, though, if you come across any bugs while staying at our place.

We ask that our guests park in our driveway. The driveway is very long, with ample space for multiple cars. That said, we recommend parking in the part of the driveway that is in front of the house rather than the back, due to the proximity to the front door.

You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door.

Self-check-in is done through a smart lock upon arrival, but we are just a message away if any issues arise. We typically check in through message to make sure everything is going smoothly, but otherwise we leave all other interaction up to you!
