Massive second-floor primary suite features a beautifully renovated ensuite bath. Full kitchen with all major appliances & essentials. In-unit stackable washer and dryer. Three smart TVs included. Unmatched parking with 2 garage spots, 2 driveway spaces and up to 5 additional on-site spaces. Ideal for work crews & larger groups. We ask that our guests park in our driveway, in our attached garage, or on the concrete patch near the basketball hoop. There is ample space for up to 9 normal-sized cars. Regarding driveway and garage parking, you will have access to the second and third garage spots; the first garage spot is not for our unit, so please strictly refrain from parking in front of that garage spot.
You will use a code to enter the house via the main door of our unit. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by this main door.
Self check-in is done through a smart lock upon arrival, but we are just a message away if any issues arise. We typically check in through message to make sure everything is going smoothly, but otherwise we leave all other interaction up to you!
PARKING:
There are a total of 9 parking spots for this unit. 2 of these spots are garage spots – the building, itself, has 3 garage spots. However, only spots 2 & 3 are allocated for this unit – spot 1 is not ours. There are 2 more spots in front of garages 2 & 3. Additionally, near our basketball hoop, there are 5 unmarked spots on a concrete patch of land.
WATER:
Our house is located on a well, providing guests with a rare and authentic experience. While the well contributes to the natural beauty and self-sustainability of our location, we want to transparently share that guests may occasionally encounter a faint sulfuric smell from the water and a slight tint due to its mineral-rich nature. Rest assured, this is a common characteristic of well water and is completely harmless. We have taken every measure to ensure the water is safe and clean for your use, and the occasional natural scent is a testament to the purity of our water source.
